(audience applauding) Sophie just had her vet checkup and I'm proud to announce that the doctor says she's in great health. [onscreen text] (Dog thought bubble) Who cares! Bring on the Catfish!!! (audience laughing) [Narrator] Well, it looks like Sophie's ready to get started. We got a great show for you. Today, I'm gonna show you how to fix what I call a catfish casserole that your dog is going to love. Alright, Soph, let's show 'em what they're gonna need. [onscreen text] Ingredients. 1 catfish filet. 8 oz tofu. 2 tbs Virgin Olive Oil. 2 whole Carrots. ½ cup spinach. ¼ cup green pepper. ½ cup broccoli. ¼ tsp dry ginger. 1 raw garlic close. ¼ tsp Dry mustard. [Narrator] You'll need one catfish filet, eight ounces of tofu, two tablespoons of virgin olive oil, two whole carrots, 1/2 cup of spinach, 1/4 cup of green pepper, 1/2 cup of broccoli, 1/4 teaspoon of dry ginger, one raw garlic clove, and 1/4 teaspoon of dry mustard. Alright, Sophie, let's start with the catfish. [onscreen text] (dog thought bubble) Let’s fry that sucker! (audience laughing) [onscreen action] Man cooking fish on stove with dog nearby. [Narrator] Alright, now we're gonna cook our catfish. Use a little olive oil on a medium-high heat. Now we wanna be sure that we get it brown on both sides. Listen to that sizzling. Now while that's cooking, let's go chop up our carrots. You know what? Carrots are Sophie's favorite. [onscreen text] (dog thought bubble) Next to vanilla cupcakes! (audience laughing) [onscreen action] Man demonstrating necessary ingredients. [Narrator] Yeah, I'll bet. Folks, first we're gonna chop our carrots up in little pieces, then we're gonna move on to the rest of our vegetables. I've got bell pepper, spinach, broccoli, and finally, our garlic. Now, Sophie's probably gonna need a little breath freshener after this meal. [onscreen text] (dog thought bubble) Yeah, well your feet stink! (audience laughing) [Narrator] Sophie, please don't go to sleep on me, okay, we have a show to do here, thank you very much. Folks, time is of the essence. [Narrator] Anyhow, we're gonna put all our ingredients together. Alrighty, first, we're gonna-- well you can start with anything. I'm gonna start with the fish. Then we're gonna put the bell pepper, and then we're gonna put the carrots, the spinach-- mmm, looking good, the broccoli, and the tofu. And then, my favorite, the garlic and the coup de gras, the dry mustard and the ginger. [onscreen text] (dog thought bubble) I hope you washed your hands.
